75 g salmon

150 g kohlrabi

150 g broccoli

75 ml low fat milk

25 g Camembert

10 g butter

25 g Parmesan

salt, pepper


• Preheat oven at 180 °C

• Peel kohlrabi and cut into cubes; clean broccoli

• Cook kohlrabi and broccoli for 10 minutes

• Heat milk, mix it with camembert and season with salt and pepper

• Fill in the vegetables and salmon into a non-stick baking form and add cheese-mixture

• Garnish with parmesan and bake for 20 minutes
