200 ml of milk

50 ml of water

2 tbsp of chia seeds

50g blueberries

2 midsize banana

½ vanilla pod

Stevia or calorie free sweetener (as desired)


• Scrape out the vanilla pod and wash the berries

• Puree the bananas, half of the berries, vanilla and sweetener with a fork or put them in a mixer

• Add milk, water and the chia seeds and stir them together

• Portion it out into individual bowls

• Let it soak overnight and top with blueberries


TIP: You can use milk substitutes e.g. coconut or almond milk too. By adding 1tbsp of coconut or oatmeal you can increase fiber content for longer satiety. You can use different types of berries or fruits, as desired.
