In addition to taking one CC-Cel Capsule with plenty of liquid in the morning and one capsule in the evening, it is important to massage the CC-Cel Body Lotion into affected areas in the morning and the evening. Don’t worry, you’re not supposed to have a perfect command of the technique right away, and we all know that practice makes perfect. The most important part is to use as much pressure as you can (without hurting yourself) to squeeze, pinch and pull the skin layers affected by cellulite and stimulate the blood circulation in your muscles and skin.

And this is how it works:
In the morning & the evening
  • Take 1 CC-Cel capsule with plenty of liquid.
  • Apply the CC-Cel lotion directly on the affected areas of your skin and disperse it evenly.
  • Firmly massage the affected area with both hands by using the twist & pull technique.
  • Tightly grasp your tights, buttocks or abdomen with both hands and pull upwards.

The goal of the massage with the twist and pull technique is to manipulate the skin and dissipate the fat layers to spread them more evenly and unclench fat accumulations under the skin and ultimately even out the clusters, making the skin look and feel tighter and smoother. Regular workouts and a balanced diet paired with massages, also help to target specific areas which cannot readily benefit from exercises.
