1 tbsp lemon juice
2–4 Bacon slices
- Hard-boil the eggs.
- Fry bacon and cut into smaller pieces.
- Clean tomato and cut into cubes.
- Remove stone and pulp of the avocado and cut into cubes.
- Mix all ingredients and season with salt and pepper.
