Ingredients for 1 serving

½ Avocado

2 eggs

1 medium tomato

1 tbsp lemon juice

2–4 Bacon slices

salt, pepper


  • Hard-boil the eggs.
  • Fry bacon and cut into smaller pieces.
  • Clean tomato and cut into cubes.
  • Remove stone and pulp of the avocado and cut into cubes.
  • Mix all ingredients and season with salt and pepper.
