Ingredients for 3 servings
6 large tomatoes
200 g Ham
200 g Feta
100 g Zucchini
2 tbsp olive oil
- Clean tomatoes, carefully cut around the top of it and lift it up. Remove the pulp.
- Clean zucchini and mushrooms and cut them into cubes. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Cut ham and feta into cubes.
- Mix all ingredients together and season with salt and pepper. Fill in the mixture into the tomatoes. Pour 1 tbsp olive oil into a baking form and put in the tomatoes.
- Put the tomatoes in the preheated oven and bake them for 15–20 minutes. Sprinkle with the rest of the olive oil.
