Ingredients for 1 serving
150 g fat free cottage cheese
1/2 large cucumber, peeled, seeded & chopped
12 grape tomatoes, quartered
1 small red onion, finely chopped
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp dried dill
dash of cayenne pepper
dash of ground black pepper
- Chop cucumber into bite-sized pieces.
- Chop onion finely.
- Halve or quarter the tomatoes.
- Throw everything into a mixing bowl and mix well.
