Ingredients for 2 servings
1 Ribeye steak, approx. 350 g
300 g cherry tomatoes
1/2 bunch parsley
1 ripe Avocado
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp olive oil
Preparation time: 20 min
- Clean and wash the tomatoes, peel the onions and cut into cubes; clean the parsley, dry it and chop up; half the avocado, remove the stone and pulp and cut into pieces; add lime juice.
- Cut steak into slices.
- Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the slices 2 minutes each side; season with salt and pepper and take aside.
- Fry onions and tomatoes. Add steak and avocado and heat for a short time.
- Add parsley.
