Ingredients for two portions:

3 eggs

1 Avocado

1 Lemon

Butter

Coconut oil

Creamed Horseradish

Fresh Dill & Chive (or any other herb you like)

250 g cured Herring

ProShape Cocos or ProShape Vanilla

Salt & Pepper

Pancakes:

  • Cream the three eggs in a bowl.
  • Add 3 measuring spoons of ProShape Cocos or ProShape Vanilla.
  • Add 3 measuring spoons of lukewarm water.
  • Cream again.
  • Fry the pancake batter in a mix of butter and coconut oil on low temperature in a pan.
  • When ready, spread the creamed horseradish on the pancake and sprinkle the herbs on it.

Herring:

  • Pick the Herring filet into pieces in a bowl.
  • Add some lemon juice and pepper.
  • Spread the herring on the pancake.
  • Carefully roll the pancake and cut it into rolls and fix them with a toothpick.

Dip:

1 Avocado

1-4 Cloves of garlic

1 Lemon

Salt & Pepper

1 FitLine Yoghurt sachet

ProShape Cocos

  • Peel, spoon and mash the Avocado
  • Mince the garlic and add it to the bowl with Avocado
  • Add lemon juice
  • Add ProShape Cocos
  • Add 200 ml FitLine Yoghurt

If the dip turns out too liquid, simply add some ProShape Cocos
