What is the FitLine Shape Program?

The FitLine Shape program is designed to support you to get in shape in 4 weeks only. Throughout the 28 days, on top of your FitLine Shape routine, balanced and delicious low-carb recipes, powerful workouts and ongoing motivational tips and tricks will accompany you to get in shape easily with pleasure and adopt a healthy lifestyle. Your FitLine Shape Routine

Day 1 and Day 2: FitLine ProShape All-in-1* only (breakfast, lunch and dinner)

Day 3 to Day 7: 2 FitLine ProShape All-in-1* per day (one of which for dinner) and 1 low-carb meal

Day 8 to Day 28: 1 FitLine ProShape All-in-1* per day (dinner) and 2 low-carb meals OR 2 FitLine ProShape All-in-1* per day (one of which for dinner) and 1 low-carb meal if you want faster results.

Advice: start FitLine D-Drink 14 days before your FitLine Shape Program or drink it before your breakfast in the first two weeks of your program!

 *Substituting two of the main daily meals of an energy restricted diet with meal replacements contributes to weight loss. / exist in shakes and bars.
