200 g green beans

200 g tomatoes

½ onion

50 g sour cream

1 clove of garlic

½ bunch parsley

salt, pepper

paprika powder

½ tsp herbs of Provence

200 g tofu


• Clean green beans, remove threads and cut into 3 cm pieces.

• Boil water and cook beans for approximal 8 minutes.

• Peel and quarter onion and garlic.

• Clean and quarter tomatoes. 

• Clean parsley.

• Puree tomatoes, onion, garlic and parsley; season with herbs and spices and cook for 5 minutes.

• Cut tofu in cubes and add with beans to tomato mixture.

• Add sour cream.
