3 eggs

3 – 4 mushrooms

50 g ham

30 ml whipping cream

½ bunch of parsley

1 tbsp olive oil

salt, pepper


• Whisk eggs with whipping cream

• Wash and chop up the parsley

• Mix eggs with parsley and pepper

• Clean mushrooms; and cut them in slices

• Cut ham in slices too

• Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté mushrooms. Put them aside

• Put the egg-mix in a pan until it sets; flip it over and spread on mushrooms and ham

• Take it out; salt and fold it up like you want

• You can add salat, tomatoes, cucumber if you want


TIP: By replacing whipping cream with milk you can cut down on fats. You can replace ham with tofu to make this dish meat free.

Alternativereplace ham with shrimps, mushrooms with cucumber and parsley with dill.
