300 g quark (0,2 % fat)

3 eggs

50 g chia seeds

100 g flaxseeds

100 g ground almonds

60 g oat bran

100 g sunflower seeds

1 package baking soda

1 tsp of salt


• Preheat oven at 170 °C; line e baking form with baking paper or use a silicon form

• Mix all ingredients and fill into baking form

• Bake for about 60 minutes until it is firm and a toothpick comes out clean

• Let it cool and slice


TOPPING: 60g ham or 50g grained cream cheese, garnish with cucumber, tomato, radish, salat, herbs, etc.
