200 g spinach

50 g ham

20 g ground parmesan

25 g low fat cream cheese

1 egg

salt, pepper

1 tbsp olive oil

100 g potatoes


• Preheat oven at 180 °C

• Press spinach and mix with the egg, parmesan, salt and pepper

• Distribute the spinach-mixture on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake until set

• Let it cool down

• Clean and quarter potatoes; lay on baking try, add olive oil and bake for 15 – 20 minutes

• Spread on the cream cheese and the ham on spinach ground

• Roll it up and cut it into pieces.
