1 onion

½ clove of garlic

½ yellow and ½ red paprika

½ small eggplant

½ small zucchini

1 tbsp canola oil

¼ tbsp thyme

1 tbsp white wine vinegar

salt, pepper

100 g beef steak

½ tbsp soya sauce


• Peel onion and garlic; cut onion in rings and garlic in cubes.

• Clean vegetables.

• Heat oil in a pan and brown steak.

• Remove steaks and brown onion, garlic and vegetables.

• Season with herbs and spices, wipe off with vinegar and simmer for 2 minutes.
