150 g mixed berries
1 tsp of lemon juice
1 tbsp of chopped almonds
1 tbsp of desiccated coconut
½ vanilla pod
150 g quark (0,2 % fat)
1 tbsp of honey or stevia
1 tsp coconut oil


·       Wash and sort the berries and sprinkle with lemon juice.
·       Roast the almonds and desiccated coconut with the coconut oil in a pan.
·       Scrape out the vanilla pod and mix the vanilla with quark, honey/stevia, nut-seed-mixture and the berries.


TIP: If you use a non-stick pan, no coconut oil is needed. By this you can cut down on fats.
