1 egg

1 tbsp olive oil

30 g light mozzarella

pepper, salt

20 g flour, ground oatmeal

Herbs (basil, oregano, thyme, sage)



50 g low fat cream cheese

4 slices (50 g) of ham, chicken breast or tofu

leaves of lettuce


• Preheat the oven at 175 °C; line baking tray/ cookie sheet with baking paper

• Mix eggs with olive oil and mozzarella and purée

• Add salt, pepper and herbs

• Add the flour and distribute it on the cookie sheet

• Bake for 4 minutes; then prick holes into the dough plate e. g. with a fork

• Bake for 8 minutes altogether

• Spread on the filling ingredients and roll it up
