PM-International, developer and distributor of the FitLine products for health, fitness and beauty, is expanding its Management Board at its Headquarter Europe. New members of the board are: Sascha Gamper and Adrien Rincheval. They join as key players in the C-Suite, meanwhile Patrick Bacher takes on the role of CEO Headquarter Europe with immediate effect.
This step is a core element of the company’s investment and growth strategy and a strong commitment to the European market.
Patrick Bacher, newly appointed CEO Headquarter Europe by the Supervisory Board, is an integral part of the Headquarter Europe in Speyer, Germany. Most recently, as CSO/COO, he was responsible for the day-to-day business at the Headquarter Europe, further expanded the oldest market, Germany, and played a decisive role in establishing PM-International’s Logistic Center Europe located there. He brings a vast amount of experience with him: “As a founding member, I have been part of PM-International for 31 years. I did my apprenticeship here and took my first steps into my professional life. Back then, I could never have dreamed of where this journey would take me. But true to the motto of our company Founder Rolf Sorg: ‘With the right attitude and a burning desire, you will reach your goal’, I have always given my best. I am very much looking forward to taking on even more responsibility in my new role as CEO at the Headquarter Europe and making my contribution to the further growth of PM-International,” says Patrick Bacher.
Sascha Gamper, previously General Manager Sales South Europe, succeeds Patrick Bacher as the new Chief Sales Operations Officer Europe (CSOO). Sascha Gamper can also look back on a successful career at PM-International, where he has gained extensive experience and leadership skills in both sales and operations over almost 20 years. He is excited about his new role: “I see enormous potential at PM-International. My aim is to work with our specialist teams to develop innovative solutions that make a difference for our distribution partners.”
Adrien Rincheval, previously Regional General Manager Sales, is taking on the new position of Junior CSO Europe. He will report to the current CSO Europe, Sven Palla. Adrien Rincheval brings many years of in-depth sales experience with him. He is proficient on both working with the distributors in the field as well as the internal company procedures. Most recently, the native Frenchman built up the business in the Western European markets, where he has a clear track record of success. “A new position in such a dynamic and future-oriented company as PM-International is an exciting challenge. I am looking forward to working with our teams across Europe,” he says.
“We are excited to welcome Sascha Gamper and Adrien Rincheval to the Management Board,” says Patrick Bacher. “Their extensive experiences and proven track records will make a decisive contribution to achieving our strategic goals and continuing our course of innovation. At the same time, the expansion with our dynamic board members offers us an exciting opportunity to shape and strengthen the European market in an agile manner.”
PM-International continues to focus on sustainable growth: With retail sales of USD 3 billion in the PM-International Group in 2023, it is the first company ever to be awarded the Bravo International Growth Award for the fastest-growing international direct selling company four times in a row.
The company is actively investing in its distribution partners. PM-International recently announced plans to invest over 80 million euros in growth, infrastructure and digitalization over the next two to three years. This includes the recently inaugurated third administration building at PM-International’s Headquarter Europe and Logistic Center Europe in Germany.
