We are seeking an International Talent Acquisition Specialist, eager to work with an experienced team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for international positions across various subsidiaries worldwide and our International Headquarters in Luxembourg.

  • Based in Schengen, Luxembourg.

  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French and/or German is a plus.

We are seeking an International Talent Acquisition Specialist, eager to work with an experienced team in a fast-paced environment. We need a highly collaborative team player who is not afraid of challenges and changes.

WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for international positions across various subsidiaries worldwide and our International Headquarters in Luxembourg.
  • Screen resumes and CVs through different platforms, and manage job applicants throughout the hiring process, from interview preparation to final-offer negotiation and contract drafting.
  • Support the team with various HR-related projects.
  • Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, work permits if needed, and exit interviews.
  • Coordinate all internal and external contacts and stakeholders.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clarifying labor law issues.
  • Track information and prepare reports for the HR Manager.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

  • A degree with a relevant specialization (e.g., HR, Business Administration);
  • Proven experience as a Recruiting Specialist, Talent Acquisition, or in a similar role.
  • Relevant experience in HR recruitment in Luxembourg and knowledge of Luxembourgish labor law (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with job sites like LinkedIn, Jobs.lu and Moovijob.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French and/or German is a plus.
  • Be open-minded, curious and proactive.
