On June 7th and 8th, PM-International welcomed more than 3,300 TOP Leaders to Berlin for their annual World Management Congress. This record-breaking number of international participants from 45 countries and 6 continents highlights the event’s role as a key platform for bringing people together, showcasing the latest advancements of PM-International, and making a global impact.
Global expansion and ambitious growth targets
In his speech on Friday, CEO and Founder Rolf Sorg talked about the future of PM-International and the next milestone his company is aiming for: “With “Go5″, we have set ourselves a clear goal: reaching the TOP5 in our industry ranking and achieving annual sales of 5 billion USD by the end of 2026.”
With annual sales of 3 billion USD in 2023 and being recognized with the Bravo International Growth award for the fastest-growing international direct selling company for an unprecedented four times in a row, PM-International keeps on driving sustainable growth. The company announced an investment of 25 million Euros into its distribution partners, as well as 40 million Euros into its infrastructure over the next two to three years.
These include the recently finished 2nd administration building at its International Headquarters in Luxembourg and a 3rd administrative building at its European Headquarters and Logistics Center in Germany. The company also acquired land to upgrade its Headquarters Americas in Florida, USA, including state-of-the-art logistics and fulfilment facilities.
After its Grand Opening Bulgaria in early 2024, PM-International continues to enter new markets. Up next, the expansion to Hungary, Czech Republic, Romania and Kazakhstan is on the agenda. On top of that, PM-International committed to invest another 20 million Euros into opening the Chinese market. Rolf Sorg is excited that there is still plenty of room for further growth, as “our current market potential is 20.5 million regular customers and 47.3 billion USD in turnover worldwide.”
Innovation that drives business
Digital transformation was one key factor for PM-International’s growth in recent years. The company now offers a fully digital customer journey and is developing further new tools to support its distributors with a mobile-first approach. At the World Management Congress, PM-International Chief Technological Officer Márton Fülöp introduced “PM Wiki”, an AI-powered information help center: “Our new PM Wiki is tailor-made to quickly answer the most common question of our distributors. It will progressively get better and better.”
With the goal of “transformation today, leader tomorrow”, PM-International plans to invest another 7-9 million Euros in its digitalization over the next 3 years.
Rolf Sorg underlined: “PM-International has become a global player in the industry, and we are well-positioned for the future. Our distribution partners are becoming younger and younger, with an average age that went down from 50.7 to 47.5 years over the last 5 years. This is a great development, and we embrace innovation and digital transformation to match the needs and demographics of our customers and distribution partners.”
FitLine Brand Celebrates 30th Anniversary
With its FitLine brand, PM-International has been developing and distributing premium products for health, fitness and beauty for 30 years. With another 3 million Euros in 2024 that go towards the work of its own scientific team, PM-International will keep constantly optimizing the FitLine product range while maintaining a consistently high product quality and safety. With more than 70 patents, FitLine products stand out, not just because of the innovation-driven approach of PM-International, but first and foremost because of the company’s core competence: the exclusive Nutrient Transport Concept (NTC®). It brings nutrients where they are needed, when they are needed – to the cellular level, from inside and out.
