We are seeking for a Financial Controller for our European subsidiaries to shape our financial future.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to contribute, with skills in financial reporting and budgeting. They thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about professional growth.

WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will be responsible of 4 or 5 subsidiaries in Europe for the following tasks:

• Financial Reporting: Optimization and presentation of accurate monthly situation and reporting to your manager in Luxembourg.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Create annual budgets and financial forecasts in collaboration with your counterparts in the subsidiaries.
• Financial Analysis & Cost Management: Analyzing financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Compliance and Auditing: Ensuring compliance with local accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies, and coordinating external audit.
• Internal audit: visit of subsidiaries when necessary (1 or 2 subsidiary per year).
• Cash Flow Management: Monitoring cash flow & managing liquidity.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Economics or Business Administration.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in the field of controlling.
• Willing to go on occasional trips abroad.
• Proficient in English skills, both spoken and written. Other languages are considered an advantage.
